Today, La Joya ISD Athletics kicked off the first Student Athletic Leadership Team (S.A.L.T.) meeting of the 2026-2027 school year, bringing together student-athlete leaders from across our high schools and athletic programs.

S.A.L.T. gives our student-athletes an opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, represent the student-athlete voice, serve their campuses & communities, and lead their teams with pride, respect, integrity, discipline and excellence. 💪🎓
